Stanley Yankee No. 41Y push drill WITH 8 POINTS (93-603-010) - $27 SOLD
One of Stanley's most popular tools. First designed and manufactured by North Bros, Stanley continued this push drill basically unchanged after purchasing North Bros. in the 1940's. They are nothing fancy, but work exceedingly well. This one is in very good condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. The return spring is still strong, and the chuck grips the points tightly. The chuck is the newer quick-change style, requiring just a little pull to insert or release the point. Accepts the standard Yankee points with 11/64" diameter shanks. Even if you already have one (or several) of these, it is well worth having an extra around to save the time of swapping points. Includes all eight bits, as described below.
- 1/16" point - 2 1/32" overall length. Slightly bent, but very useable. Could use a sharpening.
- 5/64" point - 2 1/8" overall length. Looks unused.
- 3/32" point - 2 1/8" overall length. Looks unused.
- 7/64" point - 2 1/8" overall length. Looks unused.
- 1/8" point - 2 3/32" overall length. Looks unused.
- 9/64" point - 2 3/32" overall length. Looks nearly unused.
- 5/32" point - 2 3/32" overall length. Looks unused.
- 11/64" point - 2 3/32" overall length. Looks unused.
