This is a really neat old patented counterbore. All original, and in its box. Has a 1/4" shank, uses a No. 30 drill bit, and drills a 1/2" counterbore. The depth of the pilot drill and counterbore are independently adjustable. For wood only.
In good condition - still sharp, and no rust. It has seen very little use, but it does work (I had to try it out). The corners of the top box are torn, but all of the graphics are present and readable. This is a great addition to your patented tools collection.
